Online Worship for Sunday, September 11, 2022

The second Sunday of September is here. The there is a sense of fall in the air with cool mornings but warm days. To many this is the perfect time of year! :)!

Remember that our last Church supper of the season is this Wednesday, September 14th. Serving begins at 5:30. This supper’s menu features a Turkey Dinner with all the trimmings! The theme of this dinner is “Thanksgiving in September.” This dinner will be available as a “sit down dinner” inside the church or as a “to go” option for you to take home. Please come as you can and also help us spread the word! :)!

You are welcome to join us at the First Congregational Church of Cherryfield this Sunday, September 11th at 10 AM. Rev. Larry Zimmerman will be away with family in New Hampshire. Rev. Z will be back for the supper. Rev. Kathleen Henry will be leading our service this week.

Rev. Henry’s message is titled, “A Struggle to Forgive.” Our scripture readings this week are from Luke 23:32-34 and Matthew 18:21-22.
