Welcome to September and Labor Day weekend! The four “BER” months are beginning as the weather start to get colder and our days get shorter. September, October, November, and December are some of the most beautiful times of the year! A reminder our last Church Supper (Thanksgiving in September) is on September 14th. You are welcome to join us at the First Congregational Church of Cherryfield this Sunday, September 4th at 10 AM. Rev. Larry Zimmerman will be away with family in New Hampshire. Rev. Kathleen Henry will be leading our service this week. Communion will be served.
Rev. Henry’s message is titled, “Communion: So Many Stories.” Our scripture reading this week is from Mark 14:22-25.This is the story of Jesus and the Communion service.
