Online Worship for Sunday, August 7, 2022- Communion

Happy First Sunday of August! As the old song goes, “Feel The Heat!”. Hope you are enjoying the end of the first week of August, are staying cool, and enjoying a few blueberries!

You are welcome to join us at the First Congregational Church of Cherryfield this Sunday, August 7th at 10 AM. Rev. Larry Zimmerman back at the pulpit. His message is titled, “Being at the Right Place at the Right Time.” Our scripture reading this week are selected verses from John 4: 1-26 (NRSV). Communion will also be served!

If you are unable to attend our service, please feel free to follow our service by reading the online worship in the pictures below. Amy Mathews will also be be live streaming the service here on our church Facebook page. Thanks, Amy for doing this on a continuing weekly basis !

Please also join us at the church this coming Wednesday, August 10th for our first sit down supper since 2019. Pork Roast is on the menu along with Pork Roast, Mashed Potatoes, Gravy, Carrots, Applesauce, Caesar Salad with Assorted Pies & Cakes for Dessert. Doors open at 5 and supper will begin being served at 5:30. We are limiting seating to 80 meals.

Enjoy the week ahead as the temperatures feel like summer! Make it a great week and enjoy it! Stay Safe and Cool! Keep the faith! Enjoy your Life and Live it to the fullest! Do something fun for yourself and do things for others to give back to the world! Enjoy some of those fresh blueberries! ! Say a prayer for some relief to our drought!
